Air conditioning is very powerful!

I stayed in the Standard Double Room for 5 nights. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, perfect for starting the day. The location felt safe and was close to local shops and restaurants. However, check-in took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long flight. The shower had issues with lukewarm water, making it uncomfortable. Housekeeping seemed to be behind schedule as well. Overall, an average experience with some potential for improvement in service and facilities.

Had a fab time with friends exploring the city! We hit the Dubai Museum for some fascinating history and enjoyed the nightlife, bouncing between cool pubs and lively clubs. The staff were super helpful, organizing a thrilling desert safari for us. Just great vibes all around.

One downside was the lack of tissues in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel staff was great, especially Mr Hesham in the restaurant. Every morning, he greeted us with a smile as if we were family, which made breakfast much more enjoyable. They allowed us an early check in at 9 AM. This was a lifesaver since we had a baby with us.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for the service you get, I can’t complain.

Darts available for entertainment, nice touch. Room cleaning schedule inconsistent, had to remind them for toiletries.

The Double Room with Sofa Bed was pretty nice! Daily room cleaning was on point, and they changed the towels every day. The room itself was in good condition too. I liked the vibe—calm area, not too far from the center. Plus, the staff were super friendly, especially in the restaurant. Overall, a solid choice.

Breakfast offers a commendable variety, including vegetarian options, while clean and comfortable rooms provide a good atmosphere for relaxation. Friendly staff, especially during checkout, greatly enhance the experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express Dubai, Jumeirah, An Ihg Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and my room was a cozy retreat adorned with pleasant decor. I especially appreciated the accessibility features throughout the hotel.
